Feeling unwell? Please stay home
If you have any symptoms of illness of any kind, feel unwell, or have been in contact with anyone with COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in the last 2 weeks, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. Unfortunately, if you contact us less than 72hours before your appointment time, you will need to rebook with another deposit as the deposit is to cover our wages/time for your appointment, but the safety of our team and other clients in the studio is the most important thing so please do NOT attend your appointment if you are ill, we're sure you would not want to be around an ill client at your appointment so please be thoughtful to others.
We understand that you are excited about your appointment and have likely been waiting quite a while, but coming in feeling unwell is not only risking everyone in the studio, but it also risks your healing process.
Only you, please.
To limit the people within the studio we ask you to attend your appointment on your own, unless you need a carer or are accompanying a minor. Any extra people will be asked to wait outside of the studio.
Appointment ONLY
We will be running by appointment only. Our doors will be closed and only opened to allow you entry at your appointment time to keep your time within the studio at a minimum.
We will NOT be accepting walk ins or face to face tattoo consultations.
Please contact us via phone or email to book an appointment. A deposit is required for all appointments and will be taken off of your procedure total.
Masks are compulsory
You will be required to wear a face mask at all times whilst in the studio. This needs to be worn correctly, fully covering your mouth and nose.
If you do not have a mask, one will be supplied to you at a charge of £1.
We will also be wearing masks and full face shields during your appointment.
Sanitise your hands
When you enter the studio, you will be required to sanitise your hands and forearms.
We also carry out regular hand washing and sanitising of our hands and arms.
Social distancing
Please keep 2 meters away from other people whilst in the studio and keep the stairs clear to allow people to leave the studio.
Do NOT touch
Please do not touch anything in the studio unless directed to do so, pointing is fine ;)
We ask you not to use your phone or devices whilst in the studio.
We will have tubs for you to place your belongings in when you enter the studio, this is to limit your cross contact with items, so please make sure you are ready for your appointment before you put your stuff in the tub as it will remain there until after your appointment.
What have we done in the studio?
Installed screens at the counter and between the tattoo stations.
Hand sanitising facilities as you enter.
Multiple hand sanitiser stations throughout the studio.
Paperless consent forms and aftercare instructions.
Our usual level of PPE, gloves, aprons and equipment barriers will continue.
We will now be wearing full face shields and face masks.
We already use high level cleaners throughout the studio so this will continue.
These are very strange times and even though most of you know the high levels of hygiene we have always implemented in our studio, we know these extra additions may seem extreme to some, please feel assured, we are taking all the precautions that we can to make sure that our team and our clients are protected as best they can be when in our studio.
We are doing all that we can to keep you safe during your appointment, please do the same for us and respect our new policies to keep us safe too.
