Cancellation / Late Policy

Unfortunately sometimes life throws something unexpected our way and we understand that life things happen, however, we are run on an appointment system and if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to rearrange your appointment or shorten your sitting.

If you do not attend your appointment, or you cancel after work has been done for you, you will lose your deposit, as this was taken to hold that particular time/date and to cover design/preparation time.

Deposits are non-returnable

(unless your appointment is cancelled/rearranged by us in which case, design time will be recovered.)

Last minute changes by you will be at our discretion/time restraints and you will be charged a fee for the new design.

If you would like to go on our cancellation list, please enquire at the desk, be aware you need to be available at short notice.
